Breakfast was very good variety of choices hot and cold. Staff very friendly. Everyone greeting as they passed.
Traveled for 10 hours only to find that we did not have a reservation. Made reservations with Booking. com May 3. Not sure whether Booked.net goofed or the hotel goofed. As a result we did pay more for the room, but at least they did have a room for the night. Staff was accommodating.

Location & good breakfast
Room is old & faced problem with taps in bathroom. Hotel did not bother to repair & agreed to refund one day room tariff. I need this refund. Booked.net should refund this money.

The staff was wonderful. All were professional and very friendly. We had our grandson (2 1/2 yrs old) and it rained all the time we were there and they were so nice to him and us even though we spent a lot of time traveling the hallways. Excellent staff from desk to maids.

Cleanliness is my number one priority when staying at a hotel. Very clean, and rooms smelled fresh and updated. Breakfast had large selection, and even had hot items with very friendly and attentive staff. Will stay at this Hampton Inn again.
They had a hard time pulling up my reservaton through Booked.net. Finally found it, but it took him a while to locate it.

Our room was updated and functional provided with comfy beds, the fan and a great breakfast included. The location was favourable and unbeatable - close to bars and a zoo. Ate at Moe's Southwest Grill, it's not too far from the venue.
